ข้อมูลจากผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์
เว็บไซต์นี้เป็นเว็บแบบสถิต ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ ไม่มีระบบสมาชิก และไม่มีสคริปต์ติดตามใด ๆ ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเรา (Cloudflare) อาจบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าถึงตามมาตรฐานของระบบ เช่น หมายเลข IP เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการโจมตี เราไม่นำข้อมูลเหล่านี้มาระบุตัวตนผู้เข้าชม
ข้อมูลจากโพสต์สาธารณะ
ในการจัดทำข่าว เราประมวลผลโพสต์สาธารณะจากแพลตฟอร์ม X ผ่าน API ทางการ ได้แก่ ข้อความโพสต์ ชื่อบัญชี และตัวเลขการมีส่วนร่วมของโพสต์ เพื่อคัดเลือก สรุปเป็นภาษาไทย และให้เครดิตแหล่งที่มาบนชิ้นงานทุกชิ้น เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ปรากฏในโพสต์สาธารณะนั้น
การติดต่อทางอีเมล
หากท่านติดต่อเรา เราเก็บที่อยู่อีเมลและเนื้อหาที่ท่านส่งมาเพื่อใช้ตอบกลับเท่านั้น เราไม่ส่งต่อหรือจำหน่ายข้อมูลนี้ให้บุคคลที่สาม
สิทธิของท่าน
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับท่าน แจ้งได้ที่อีเมลด้านล่าง เราดำเนินการโดยเร็วที่สุด — สำหรับคำขอลบเนื้อหาที่อ้างอิงโพสต์ของท่าน เราดำเนินการภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

THE TICKER ("we") is a Thai-language news digest published at theticker.co and on our official Instagram, Facebook, and X accounts. This policy describes what data we process, how we use it, and the rights you hold.
Website visitors
This website is static. It sets no cookies, has no accounts, and runs no tracking scripts. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Public posts
To produce our coverage we process public posts from the X platform through its official API — post text, account names, and engagement counts — in order to select stories, summarize them in Thai, and credit the source on every published item. We do not collect personal data beyond what appears in those public posts.
If you write to us, we keep your address and message only to reply. We do not share or sell this information.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you may request access, correction, or deletion of data concerning you at the address below. Requests to remove an item that references your post are handled within 24 hours.
